NCPS Career Fair 2023:

       A Successful Day of Connections and Opportunities


       The Northern California Psychiatric Society (NCPS) hosted a successful Career Fair on Saturday, January 21,
       2023. The event was held at the South San Francisco Conference Center from 10am-1pm and was well attended by
       both employers and job seekers alike.

       With 20 employers in attendance, attendees had the opportunity to network, interview, and explore job opportu-
       nities in the field of psychiatry. Employers included a diverse mix of healthcare organizations, psychiatric practic-
       es, and government agencies.

       The feedback from both employers and attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their ap-
       preciation for the intimate setting of the event. Employers reported having good conversations at their booths and
       looked forward to being regular participates in all upcoming Career Fairs.

       Attendees had the chance to enjoy delicious food and beverages provided by NCPS and made meaningful connec-
       tions with potential employers. The overall atmosphere was one of positivity and excitement as attendees ex-
       plored the opportunities that are available to them in today’s job market.


       A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the participating employers at the 2023 NCPS Career Fair. Their presence and
       support made the event a huge success. We are grateful to the following organizations for taking part in this im-

       seekers and employers alike. We look forward to hosting similar events in the future and continuing to support
       the professional development of our members.
