Adrienne van Nieuwenhuizen
Adrienne van Nieuwenhuizen completed her adult psychiatry residency training at UCSF. During that time, she became involved in climate advocacy and was active in the Climate Psychiatry Alliance and Climate Health Now. She currently works as an outpatient psychiatrist in San Francisco, and continues to engage in climate advocacy as she believes that patients cannot be safe and well unless the planet's health is also protected.
