POSTER SESSION

At the Welcome Reception, we will be showcasing the selected poster submissions. If your abstract is selected, you will be expected to attend the Friday evening poster reception. On Sunday we will announce the poster session winners.

RESIDENT/FELLOW MEMBER LODGING

CANCELLATIONS

Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing on or before February 18, 2025 to receive a full refund minus a $35.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 18th.
Please note that online registration will be closed on March 14, 2025. All registrations after March 14 will only be accepted onsite.
