The NCPS Professional Education Committee, along with our President, met this afternoon and due to the recent developments with the COVID-19 Coronavirus and escalation in recommendations and restrictions put in place by the state, counties and universities, we have decided to postpone our 60th Annual Meeting & Scientific Program scheduled for this weekend, March 13-15, 2020.

Given all that we know, we are putting priority on the health and wellness of our members, speakers, exhibitors, and the public at large by choosing to not hold this in person conference at this time.

We are working with the venue on possible future dates to transfer this conference schedule to and will be in touch once we have more information. We understand that you may not be available for a future date, but it is our hope that it will work out for most of you and we will address this on a case by case basis. If you have already cancelled due to concerns over this heatlh crisis, we will honor your registration rate for a future date once it is determined. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this difficult time and explore contingencies that work to minimize the liability for all involved.
