We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Northern California Psychiatric Association’s Annual Meeting — a gathering of dedicated mental health professionals, researchers, and students who are shaping the future of psychiatry.
To better serve our members, this year we have lowered our ECP member pricing, and kept our early-bird member price consistent with last year.
This year’s event highlights innovation, collaboration, and the compassionate pursuit of better mental health care for our communities. You will have opportunities to:

Resident/Fellow Member Information
NCPS strives to include and support their resident/fellow members (RFMs) by offering free or reduced registration fees and/or lodging for conferences. Resident/Fellow Member Lodging Reimbursement Stipends are limited to 30 total nights. Please contact Kelsey at info@ncps.org or CLICK HERE for more information.

Cancellations
Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing on or before February 12, 2026, to receive a full refund minus a $35.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 12th, 2026.
