2020 Virtual Holiday Heritage Party

Join us on Friday, December 11, 2020, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, as we gather to celebrate our member diversity this holiday season. 2020 has been a challenging year to say the least and we want to end on a high note; focusing on what is important and sharing with one another.

Our virtual Holiday Heritage Party will have many components and ways for you and your family to participate!

• Enter our Holiday Heritage Hat decorating contest. This can be anything you can adorn on your head that celebrates a favorite holiday or showcases your heritage. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place creativity winners as voted on by those in attendance.

• Share a favorite family recipe for our Holiday Heritage Member Recipe Book. Sharing is caring, so release that secret recipe! The recipe book will be compiled and shared with attendees prior to the event.

• Showcase your talent! Share a song, play an instrument, tell a short story, do a magic trick. The possibilities are endless...as long as it can be done in 3-minutes or less. This can be performed live or pre-recorded to help calm the nerves.  

• Participate in the Show & Tell Socials. We will have two breakout socials with themed prompts.

  • Social #1: Show an object, keepsake or photo and give a brief share about it
  • Social #2: Share a favorite family tradition, whether passed down or created by you
