Please plan to attend NCPS's annual members meeting this year. This is a FREE event open to members and their families. Registration is required for you and all your guests.

This year's Members Meeting will be held at Pin Stripes in San Mateo. <

October 1st, 2025 | 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us for food, fun, friends, and important council business as we network and visit while you try your hand at the Bowling Lanes or Bocce Ball Court. 

After delicious appetizers, our members will break away to announce our 2026-2027 slate of council candidates, take additional nominations from the floor, and take care of more business. During this time, the center will remain open for your family to enjoy until we all meet again to close the evening with some bowling and bocce ball.

*Note on Event Date and Yom Kippur

We want to acknowledge that our event is scheduled on the first day of Yom Kippur. This was not our intention—we had originally understood Yom Kippur to begin on October 2nd, and we deeply regret the oversight.

Unfortunately, we are contractually committed to the current date and are unable to make changes at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recognize the importance of being more mindful of religious observances in future planning.
